LAGEN AND SONS. The 1865 through 1868-69 Dubuque City Directory listed 4th between Main and Locust.
The 1873-74 Dubuque City Directory listed the east side of Locust 2 north of 5th.
The 1878-79 Dubuque City Directory listed 136 4th.
