EPHRAIM CUTTER. The 1867 Dubuque City Directory gave the address for this business, photographer, as the southeast corner of 4th and Main.
The 1870-1871 through 1875-1876 Dubuque City Directory stated that this business was located at the southeast corner of 5th and Main.
The 1880 and 1883 Dubuque City Directory located the business at the northeast corner of 4th and Main.
