EPHRAIM CUTTER. The 1861 through 1867 Dubuque City Directory gave the address as the southeast corner of 4th and Main.
The 1870-1871 through 1878-79 Dubuque City Directory stated that this business was located at the southeast corner of 5th and Main.
The 1880 through 1884-1885 Dubuque City Directory located the business at the northeast corner of 4th and Main.
