CREATIVE TOUCH GALLERY. Creative Touch was established in 1978 by Joe and Sue Kaesbauer with their daughter, Patti Johannsen. The business began as a "you-frame-it" with arts and crafts store. Painting classes were also provided.
The business moved to 3460 Hillcrest Road and expanded into an art gallery and full-service framing store, an idea of Bill Kaesbauer. The company was rewarded by receiving a first place award from Décor Magazine for outstanding gallery design.
