APOSTOLIC FAITH TEMPLE. In August of 1997, Bishop Shawn Baldwin was sent to take over a church located at 420 Lincoln Avenue, that had disbanded and was left without a pastor. There were only three members when he arrived and renamed the church, Apostolic Faith Temple.

The church was re-established at 21st and Elm. In 2000 the building was destroyed by fire. (2)

The congregation relocated temporarily to the THIRD PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH on Windsor Avenue. In 2017 the church renamed Tabernacle of Faith Church was located at 1780 White Street. (3)
