KADESKY, Max. (Vinstead, CN-Dubuque, IA, Aug.14, 1970). Dentist. Kadesky became active in sports at DUBUQUE HIGH SCHOOL and played end on the University of Iowa's first unbeaten, untied football team in 1921. He was also a member of the 1922 team that went unbeaten and untied and shared the title with Michigan. In 1922 Kadesky was named to the Walter Camp All-American second team.

Kadesky was the 63rd president of the Iowa State Dental Society and the first president of the Dubuque chapter of B'Nai Brith. He served on the board of the BOY SCOUTS, GIRL SCOUTS, and was a president of the Kiwanis.
