CHAPMAN, Maurice L. (Colesburg, IA, Apr. 26, 1868--Dubuque, IA, 1936). Civic leader. Chapman came to Dubuque in 1890 and began work in the estimating department of the [[CARR, RYDER AND ADAMS]].
