EDWARD BUETTELL HOME-225 ALPINE. The contract to construct this home was signed in 1902. The building was completed in 1908-1909. The architect was Martin Heer while the contractor was Larois Witter and Son. The original cost was $3,419.00 not including sidewalks.
The original owner was Edward Buettell of the BUETTELL BROTHERS COMPANY. In May, 2004 the home was purchased by Bill Stoffel who directed major restoration to the property.
