ANDERSON, Alexander. Erie County,PA-- ). In 1842 Anderson emigrated westward and settled in Dubuque. He worked as a surveyor. In 1855 Anderson drafted a map of the mineral lots of Dubuque which was still used as authority at the end of the 19th century. He retired from the lumber business.
