The railroad was to follow the course of the [[MISSISSIPPI RIVER]] to Bellevue and then on to Sabula. At this point the railroad made connection with the Dixon Air Line Railroad through Illinois to Chicago.

H. Conger, Secretary; and directors Jesse P. FARLEY, Caleb H. BOOTH, Platt SMITH, Lovell, Potter, N. Kilbourn, Chas. Barroll, B.P. Lamberson, and D. F. Spurr who was also the general agent and attorney.

The railroad was to follow the course of the MISSISSIPPI RIVER to Bellevue and then on to Sabula. At this point the railroad made connection with the Dixon Air Line Railroad through Illinois to Chicago.
