CONLON, Orlin J. (Cuby City, WI--Dubuque, IA, Dec. 12, 1985). The president of CONLON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, Orlin Conlon was a member of the Master Buildings of Iowa of which he was elected secretary in 1946. (1) He was also a member of the Associated General Contractors of America.
In 1960 he was the president of the United Cerebral Palsy of Dubuque when the organization received its charter from the UCP of Iowa. (2)
