CONLON, Orlin J. (Cuby City, WI--Dubuque, IA, Dec. 12, 1985). The president of [[CONLON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY]], Orlin Conlon was a member of the Master Buildings of Iowa and the Associated General Contractors of America.  He was also a member of the President's Club of the [[UNIVERSITY OF DUBUQUE]], Loras Club of Dubuque, [[CLARKE COLLEGE]] Development Council, and the United States Industrial Council.
