JULIEN AVENUE RAILROAD. In June 1876 officers of the Julien Avenue Railroad were elected including [[BUSH, John D.|John D. BUSH]], president; [NEWBURG, J. W.|J. W. NEWBURG]], vice-president; J. W. Dillrance, treasurer; and D. S. Cummings, superintendent. The company then had to receive a charter from the city council and an ordinance giving them the right-of-way. (1)
