WINTER FARMERS' MARKET. Begun in 2007, Winter Farmers' Market continued the tradition of the popular FARMERS' MARKET. Beginning in an old automobile shop building, the Winter Market relocated for years to the former site of the COLTS DRUM AND BUGLE CORPS on Central Avenue. In 2019 the market moved again to the lobby of the Roshek Building.

In December, 2019 organizers announced that early in January, 2020 the market would move again. On January 4, 2020 the first event would be held in part of the former Roshek store in KENNEDY MALL.
