WILLIAMS, John Patrick. (Garryowen, IA, Jan. 24, 1853--Chicago, IA, Sept. 9, 1926). Educated in Dubuque city schools, Williams was involved in general construction in Dubuque and the local area for many years. He has been credited locally with the construction of the famous NUTWOOD PARK.
