WIEGAND, Dale B. (Muscatine, IA, Feb. 7, 1921--Dubuque, IA, Jan. 31, 2011). Wiegand worked many years as a pressman. From 1977 to 2004 when he retired, he was the co-owner of DUBUQUE SASH AND DOOR MANUFACTURING.
