WEST BROTHERS SHOWS. Described as the "largest motorized carnival going," West Brothers came to Dubuque for shows from May 12-18, 1941. The program featured fourteen rides and 15 shows with a special feature the Congress of Oddities, a "gathering of freaks and unusual entertainment."
