WESTSIDE BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION. Organization founded with the assistance of James E. WALSH in 1974. The association, established during the controversial era when businesses were relocating westward along Highway 20 and the present John F. Kennedy Road, was started to protect the political interests of its members.
