WEBER, Milo N. (Dubuque, IA, May 25, 1923--Bellevue, IA, Oct. 1, 2009)

The son of Carl and Mary (Schaul) Weber, Milo married Rosemary Westercamp on August 28, 1945, at ST. PATRICK'S CATHOLIC CHURCH. He served in WORLD WAR II in the Pacific Theater for 3 1/2 years.

As a young man, Milo enjoyed being one of the most winning stock car drivers of the area for fifteen years. He liked to follow NASCAR Racing, bowling, playing cards and was a sports fan, having sponsored many teams.

Milo worked at the former DUBUQUE PACKING COMPANY, H & W MOTOR EXPRESS, Kerber Packing Co. in Illinois and Saffran and Fondell Construction Co. In January 1970, he purchased his first backhoe and truck and started his own company.
