STRAUB, Joseph. (Dubuque, IA, 1916--Dubuque, IA, Jan. 11, 1987). Straub, a physician in Dubuque from 1952 to 1983 and president of all Dubuque hospitals, held memberships in the Dubuque Chamber of Commerce and the DUBUQUE COUNTY HISTORICAL SOCIETY. He also served as president of the Iowa State Obstetrical Society and the Dubuque County Medical Society.
