SMITH, Don E. (Reverend). (Zwingle, IA, March 3, 1928--Flagstaff, AZ, June 23, 1989). A graduate of DUBUQUE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL and Midwest Bible College in St. Louis, Reverend Smith served as a missionary to the Navajo for thirty-five years. He served as a printer for the United Indian Mission at Flagstaff For the last twenty-three years of his life, translating Christian literature for other tribes.
