RICHARDSON, Frank H. (Hazel Green, WI, May 28, 1926--Iowa City, IA, Apr. 6, 1989). Richardson attended Bayless Business College from 1947-1950, received his bachelor's degree in business administration fron the University of Dubuque in 1982 and his master's degree in hospital administration from the University of Minnesoa in 1983. served Mercy Health Center as its principal officer from 1977 to 1981.

He had taught at BAYLESS BUSINESS COLLEGE in Dubuque from 1948 to 1950 and was associated with FARLEY AND LOETSCHER MANUFACTURING COMPANY in Dubuque from 1950 to 1962 in a variety of positions. He became involved with MERCY HEALTH CENTER as a purchasing agent in 1962 and moved upward to serve as president and chief executive officer from 1977 to 1981.

Richardson served as president of many local boards and organizations including the Dubuque Rotary Club from 1973 to 1974, Dubuque Tri-Hospital Planning Council, Iowa Catholic Conference of Hospitals, and the Dubuque Management Club in 1963.
