RHOMBERG, Joseph William. (Dubuque, IA, Apr. 17, 1895-Unknown). Rhomberg became the president of the DUBUQUE STAR BREWING COMPANY in 1933. In 1939 he was the president of the SANITARY MILK COMPANY.
