REILLY, Robert C. (Dubuque, IA, Aug. 5, 1904--Dubuque, IA, Nov. 2, 1968). Reilly served as a member of the House of Representatives from Dubuque County beginning in 1938. In 1940 he was president of the Second District Democratic Club of Iowa.
From 1927 to 1929 Reilly was employed as a salesman for INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER COMPANY. He then worked for The Recher Company of Chicago, Illinois, before returning home.
