RAND BROTHERS. The 1868-69 Dubuque City Directory listed the south side of 8th between Main and Locust.
An unusual attraction to this paint shop was mentioned in the March 1, 1877 Dubuque Herald:
California Oranges. Some fine specimens of this
oderous (sic) are on exposition at Rand's paint
shop.
