PATTERSON INC. Founded in 1970 by Mack Patterson, the company was involved in the heating and cooling business as well as radon testing and mitigation. Bret Patterson took over the company in 2008.
In 2018 the company was sold to ALL SEASONS HEATING & COOLING, INC.
The 1989 Dubuque City Directory listed 925 Century Drive.
The 1993 Dubuque City Directory listed Patterson Heating, Cooling, and Electrical, Inc.
The 2014 address was 1060 Cedar Cross Road.
