NOESGES, Rose
Noesges, Rose. (Dubuque, IA-- ). In May 1981, while running for LORAS COLLEGE at the A.I.A.W. National Track and Field Championships at California State, Noesges became the first woman from Dubuque to win All-American honors in track and field in a national meet. (1) She was clocked at 14.8 seconds, earning her sixth place in the 100 meter hurdles.
In 1995 she was inducted into the Loras Hall of Fame. (2)
