NAT REISS CARNIVAL. Coming to Dubuque in June, 1921 for a week's performances, the carnival arrived in town in 25 circus cars in a special train. Among the acts was "Vulcan," a man who dove from a height of one hundred feet into five feet of water. There were five devices for patrons to ride, 18 shows, and three free attractions.
