NAPA AUTO PARTS AND SUPPLY WEST. The National Automotive Parts Association (NAPA), also known as NAPA Auto Parts, founded in 1925, is an American retailers' cooperative distributing automotive replacement parts, accessories and service items in North America.

There are over 6,000 NAPA Auto Parts stores across the United States. 1,142 NAPA stores are owned by Genuine Parts Company, and the remainder are independently owned. 15,000 NAPA AutoCare repair facilities are in operation which provide vehicle maintenance and repair services. (1)

The 1983 through 1993 Dubuque City Directory listed 3250 Dodge.

In 2014 Napa Auto Parts was listed at 4470 Dodge while Napa AutoCare included KC's Downtown Auto and Cedar Cross Service at 775 Cedar Cross Road.
