MORRIS PLAN. The local office of Morris Plan, a loan company established in Cedar Rapids in 1916, began operations in 1968. It was located at Locust and 8th STREETS and 880 Locust from 1970 through 1983.
The 1985 through 1987 Dubuque City Directory listed 1675 John F. Kennedy.
