MINK, Adam
MINK, Adam. (Oneida County, NY, Jan. 4, 1835--Unknown). Mink came to Dubuque in 1890 and formed a partnership with Charles Leason in the line of general merchandising and selling wood. Mink continued in the mercantile business for two years and then sold his interest in the company. He did, however, maintain his business selling wood.
In 1893 he was handling four thousand cords. At about this time, he formed the firm of MINK & ROYCE, wholesale dealers in wood and coal.
