MILLER, Susan Hellert. ( ). Susan earned her BA in history from the University of Wisconsin and an MA in history from LORAS COLLEGE. A retired senior lecturer in the history department at the University of Wisconsin, Platteville, her local history columns appeared in the Telegraph Herald. She was frequently cited in the development of this encyclopedia.
In 2016 her Hidden History of Dubuque was published by The History Press of Charleston, South Carolina.
