LONGITUDE AND LATITUDE. Professor James C. Walton of Ann Arbor, Michigan assisted Dr. Asa HORR in establishing the longitude and latitude of Dubuque on December 1, 1865. The longitude of Dubuque in time is 6 hours, 2 minutes, and 39.38 west of Greenwich; in degrees it is 90 degrees, 30 minutes, and 50.70 seconds. The latitude of Dubuque is 42 degrees, 30 minutes with the parallel running through JACKSON PARK.
