LEE, Gretchen. (Dubuque, IA- ). In 1973 Governor Robert Ray named Lee, employed at the time by the Dubuque County Mental Health Center, to the Iowa Civil Rights Commission.

Lee, a clinical psychologist, served as vice chairperson of the U.S. Department of Defense Advisory Committee on Women in the Services. She was also a member of the board of the Dubuque County Association for Retarded Citizens, Dubuque County Mental Health Association, and the Northeast Iowa Crime Commission.
