LECKIE, Charles F.
LECKIE, Charles F. (Dubuque, IA, May 28, 1858--Hennepin, MN, Nov. 18, 1950). After attending the public schools, Leckie graduated from BAYLESS BUSINESS COLLEGE. (1)
He worked for William C. CHAMBERLAIN and then became a registered clerk in the post office. After working for Schreiber, Conchar and Company until 1883, he joined Frank L. REINFRIED in purchasing the retail department of that firm and opening REINFRIED & LECKIE. (2)
