KOOB, James. (Temple Hill, IA, May 16, 1940--Dubuque, IA, July 24, 1989). Baseball player. A director of the Dubuque Bowling Association, Koob was inducted into the DUBUQUE FAST PITCH HALL OF FAME and the Dubuque Kiwanis Fast Pitch Hall of Fame.
