KALMES BREAKTIME GRILL AND SPIRITS. After twenty years of business, Kalmes Breaktime Grill and Spirits closed its business on August 20, 2017. A note posted on the door indicated the family business was being restructured. The Kalmes name, including a restaurant in St. Donatus and grilling done for numerous private parties in the tri-states region, was synonymous with fine eating.
