Jungk's Bakery. The company was operated by Marie and Leo Jungk from their business location at 2130 Central Avenue. The original location at 2108 Central was established in 1881 by Phillip Jungk. Leo Jungk took it over in 1926 until his death in 1933 when his wife stepped in until her retirement in 1960. Jungk's Bakery was famed for its pretzels.
