JOHN KRAYER. The 1870-1871 and 1873-74 Dubuque City Directory gave the address of this business as the northwest corner of Clay and 13th.

The 1874-1875 Dubuque City Directory stated that this business was located at 6 Levee. The bars were located at 6 Levee and 1301 Clay.

In 1877 Krayer opened his "Centennial Gardens" to the public for entertaining. A music stand was among the improvements. (1)

The 1878-79 Dubuque City Directory listed the northwest corner of 13th and Clay.

The 1880 Dubuque City Directory stated that this business was to be found at 1301 Clay.

According to the 1883 through 1890-91 Dubuque City Directory listed the corner of 14th and Clay.

The 1899-1900 Dubuque City Directory listed 1399 Clay.

The 1913 Dubuque and Dubuque County Directory and the 1915 Dubuque City Directory stated that this business was located at 340 Jones.
