H. CORRANCE. H. Corrance was a retail grocery begun in 1870. The annual trade by 1887 was $30,000 from the sale of foreign and domestic fruits, teas, coffees and spices, provisions, flour and feed. The company advertised that it paid the highest price for produce.

The 1887 company address was Thirteenth and Iowa STREETS.

The 1911-12 and the 1915 Dubuque City Directory stated that this company was located at 297 13th.

The 1922 Dubuque Telephone Directory listed 101 W. 13th.
