GEM ROLLER RINK/DRIVE-IN. Located on South Locust Street, the Gem managed by George Helling reflected the popularity of ROLLER SKATING in Dubuque. In 2013 this building's location was the site of Steve's Ace Hardware and Rental at 200 South Locust.
