FARWELL, Jay
FARWELL, Jay. A son of famed Fay Oliver FARWELL, Jay was named the assistant physical director of the Baltimore YOUNG MEN'S CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION (Y.M.C.A.) in August, 1918. He was at the time an instructor in athletics in Lincoln, Nebraska. (1) The first superintendent of the municipal beach in Dubuque, Farwell accepted the position again in June of 1920 after returning to Dubuque. (2)
By 1925 he and his family were living in Toledo, Ohio. (3)
