ENVIRONMENTAL RECYCLING CORPORATION. Located at 5200 Wolff Road, Environmental Recycling opened on April 1, 1991 as the interest in CURBSIDE RECYCLING was ready to begin in Dubuque. Company officials said the firm would handle recyclable glass, tin, aluminum, plastic, paper and corrugated cardboard from residential, commercial and industrial clients. It was estimated that the company would initially have five or six employees.
The 1993 Dubuque City Directory listed 1755 Radford Road.
