DUBUQUE CIGAR BOX COMPANY. Located at 870 Clay Street at the start of the twentieth century, the company had a capacity of making two thousand boxes per day. They were also jobbers of "Spanish Cedar and Imitation Cigar Box Lumber."
The company's advertising stated that they owned hundreds of cigar labels and asked the opportunity of submitting samples before a new brand was started. This would protect their customers.
