DUBUQUE ADVERTISER (THE). "The Little Paper with the Big Impact." A weekly shopper publication distributed in the Dubuque, Iowa area, the Dubuque Advertiser in 2008 had a circulation over 36,000 copies each week. In the publication, readers found consumer news from businesses in the area and a vast number of classified advertisements.

The Advertiser was started in 1963 by Margaret A. AIRD and her husband, Jack AIRD. In 2014 it was owned by Randy and Lisa Aird when they transferred partial ownership to longtime employees Greg Birkett and Tim Steines. (1)

The 1972 through 1993 Dubuque City Directory listed 2966 John F. Kennedy.
