CRESWICK, Sidney. (Lancaster, England--Dubuque, IA, Feb. 8, 1967). Creswick was one of the founders and a director of the Midwest Shippers Advisory Board, Iowa Industrial Traffic League, Illinois Industrial League, and the Mississippi Valley Association.
He served as the commissioner of the Dubuque Traffic Association for forty years until his retirement in 1961.
