BUILDINGS (TALLEST). Emporis, a datebase of building information from around the world, only officially ranked the height of multi-story buildings. According to its information, the following buildings (ranked officially) with their heights are:

                           1. DUBUQUE COUNTY COURTHOUSE---------205 feet
                           2. Main Street MidWestOne Bank (formerly the American Trust Building)--------142 feet
                           3. ROSHEK'S DEPARTMENT STORE--------120 feet
                           4. HOTEL JULIEN DUBUQUE-------107 feet
                           5. FISCHER BUILDING-----97 feet

Because of their steeples, the following two churches should also be considered:

                           1. STEEPLE SQUARE (formerly ST. MARY'S CATHOLIC CHURCH---252 feet
