MARV AMOS. A popular racer at the DUBUQUE SPORTS BOWL, Amos received a crash helmet in a special ceremony in July, 1951. A consistent winner in 1950 before he re-entered military service during the KOREAN CONFLICT, the veteran made his return to racing in 1951 by winning a five lap curtain raiser at Farley. (1)
