AGARD, Hattie M. ( - ) Hattie Agard was active in the women's auxiliary of the Iowa Spanish-American War Veterans organization. Active in the organization beginning in 1913 (1), she rose to become the president of the organization in 1915 (2) and president of the past presidents' organization in 1930. (3)
