KAPP, Milton L. (Galena, KS-Dubuque, IA, June 20,1981). Retired chairman, INTERSTATE POWER COMPANY. Kapp was a director of AMERICAN TRUST AND SAVINGS BANK, A. Y. MCDONALD MANUFACTURING COMPANY, and the UNIVERSITY OF DUBUQUE. He held the presidency of the Northeast Iowa Boy Scout Council and Rotary. A chairman of the Community Chest, Kapp was the recipient of an honorary law degree from LORAS COLLEGE.
